How did home valuations perform in Sachse during the third quarter of 2017?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Sachse rose by $24,250 while total valuation increased by 2.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 74 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $203,605 - a 13.5% increase over the $179,355 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Sachse in the third quarter of 2016.
