Home valuations decreased in New Hope during the third quarter of 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in New Hope fell by $49,783 while total valuation decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $137,218 - a 26.6% decrease over the $187,000 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in New Hope in the third quarter of 2016.
