Median home valuations in Princeton rose to $216,969 in the third quarter of 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Princeton rose by $6,969 while total valuation increased by 63.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 231 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $216,969 - a 3.3% increase over the $210,000 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 141 homes sold in Princeton in the third quarter of 2016.
