McKinney median home valuations rose by 1.4% in the third quarter of 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in McKinney rose by $4,563 while total valuation increased by 0.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 1,512 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $326,276 - a 1.4% increase over the $321,713 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,506 homes sold in McKinney in the third quarter of 2016.
