Parker home valuations rose in the third quarter of 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Parker rose by $110,746 while total valuation increased by 84.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $801,320 - a 16% increase over the $690,574 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Parker in the third quarter of 2016.
